Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Supadash, an internal analytics dashboard operated by LuxDev. By accessing or using this tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Supadash.

1. Authorized Use

Supadash may only be used by individuals who have been explicitly granted access by LuxDev. Authorized use means:

• Authenticating via your assigned Google account approved by LuxDev
• Viewing and analyzing internal project and workforce data for legitimate LuxDev business purposes
• Maintaining or updating people profile records within the dashboard
• Exporting reports strictly for internal reporting and operations

You may not share your credentials or Google account used to access this tool, allow unauthorized individuals to use it, or access data beyond what is required for your role.

2. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access internal data, APIs, or backend systems outside of the Supadash interface
• Probe, scan, or test LuxDev's data infrastructure for vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or architecture details from the deployed application
• Disclose, describe, or document LuxDev's internal data systems, integrations, or technical architecture to any third party
• Use the tool to collect, export, or transmit data for purposes outside of LuxDev business operations
• Circumvent any access controls or authentication mechanisms, including Google Sign-In
• Share, transfer, or allow others to use the Google account credentials associated with your Supadash access
• Introduce malicious code, scripts, or payloads through any input field
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the dashboard

3. Confidentiality of Data and Systems

All data accessible through Supadash — including project records, people profile data, and any operational metrics — is confidential and proprietary to LuxDev. You agree to:

• Treat all data accessed through Supadash as strictly confidential
• Not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any data viewed in Supadash outside of authorized LuxDev channels
• Not disclose the existence, structure, or contents of LuxDev's internal data systems, pipelines, or technology stack to any external party
• Report any suspected unauthorized access, data exposure, or security concern to LuxDev immediately

These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your access to Supadash.

4. Data Responsibility

Users who have edit access to people profile records are responsible for ensuring that any changes are accurate and made in good faith. Deliberate corruption or falsification of profile data is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate access revocation and further action.

5. Intellectual Property

Supadash, including its design, code, architecture, and all underlying data systems, is proprietary to LuxDev. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of or license to the application's source code, design system, or data infrastructure. All rights not expressly stated are reserved.

6. Availability

LuxDev does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Supadash. The tool may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes at any time without prior notice. LuxDev is not liable for any business impact resulting from downtime.

7. No Warranty

Supadash is provided "as is" for internal operational use. LuxDev makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the data displayed. Dashboard metrics are derived from internal data pipelines and may not reflect real-time state.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuxDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Supadash, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination of Access

LuxDev may revoke your access to Supadash at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms, change in employment or contractor status, or operational necessity. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the tool and destroy any data exported from it that is no longer needed for authorized purposes. Confidentiality obligations under Section 3 remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Supadash after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LuxDev is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
